  • Many questions and situations can be addressed by our client counselors behind the desk over email, text, or phone call. Send us an email with the following:

    • Your first/last name, phone number, and email address

    • 1-2+ photos of your hair now in good lighting, quick selfies work great

    • 1-2+ photos of your “goal” look(s), screenshots of social posts from IG or Pinterest work great, and what you’re interested in scheduling (Color, haircut/trim, extensions, smoothing treatments, &/or styling services)

    • Your timeline (When do you need to get in by or before? Are you available during specific times of day? Would you like to be added to a waitlist?)

    • Any relevant hair history, preferences, or personal info that would be helpful to us in booking you at BLONDELUXE

    If you’re looking to set up a consultation, please send over an email with the above info. If it is during our business hours, call the salon to complete your file and book the consult. Otherwise, we will call, email, and/or text you within 24-48 hours.

    Consultations are offered at no cost on a one-per-guest basis. We set aside 15-30 minutes to discuss hair plans, goals, and concerns. Our salon is a tight-knit creative community, artists frequently connect with the experts they work alongside for second opinions. Completing the consultation prep with our client counselors will help the effectiveness and efficiency of these conversations.

  • If you’re looking to get in ASAP and you’re a new client, send us an email with the following info:

    • Your first/last name, phone number, and email address

    • 1-2+ photos of your hair now in good lighting, quick selfies work great

    • 1-2+ photos of your “goal” look(s), screenshots of social posts from IG or Pinterest work great

    • Your timeline (When do you need to get in by or before? Are you available during specific times of day? Would you like to be added to a waitlist?)

    • Any relevant hair history or personal info that would be helpful to us in booking you at BLONDELUXE

    We will then give you a call and respond to your email within 24-48 hours. If it’s during our business hours, feel free to call us immediately after sending the email. It is important we have all of the above info + photos to schedule most any service so doing this step before contacting us is best for time-sensitive scheduling.

    Last minute openings are often posted to Instagram by the salon and our individual artists.

    Keep in mind that you must have a complete file with us in order to join our waitlist or the waitlist of an individual BLONDELUXE artist. To complete your file, call the salon after submitting an email with all info/pictures listed above.

    Anyone joining the waitlist who does not have a card on file must call the salon to complete their file with a credit or debit card in order to be added to the waitlist system.

    If you’re not sure of your file’s status, don’t worry. We will email you to let you know if you’ve been added to the waitlist or if we need more information before doing so.
