Scheduling an appointment with an Academy Artist means you are aware and in agreement with the protocols and policies outlined below.

Questions, comments, concerns? We are happy to assist in advance of scheduling via email or text.

1. No matter their stage of the program, Academy Artists are learning by doing when they take guests. 

2. When you are booking any service with an Academy Artist, you are directly participating in their education.

3. It is normal for an Academy Artist to consult with senior colorists/artists at any point during your service.

4. Guests must have a complete file to book with any artist, including those in our Academy. Guests booking with Academy Artists remain liable for last-minute changes, deposits, etc. Read salon policies by tapping here. 

5. Should you be dissatisfied with your service in any way, please reach out to the salon directly via text, call, or email. Rework sessions are only bookable at the discretion of salon leadership.

6. Any “rework” or adjustment services with Academy Artists are $25/hour. There are no refunds for Academy services.

7. If this will be your first time booking with an artist in our Academy, please read through their menu and pricing. Then, text 952-866-1083 with the following info:

   First/Last Name, 1-2 photos of your hair now, 1-2 photos of your “hair goals”, your availability, and any relevant hair history

8. Our front desk will gladly help you schedule that first appointment with an Academy Artist.
