Hairdressing is an elevated art form and cultural practice. This salon and industry grows through the advancement of new talent. Our training program is rooted in these ideals.

The selection and hiring process is intensive: those invited to the program have completed a multi-step, 4-6 week interview journey. When not co-working with mentoring artists or participating in private education sessions, they have the opportunity to take guests of their own.
